Fireside Book Club ~ Crow Mary In-Person
Kathleen Grissom's novel, "Crow Mary' is a story of a woman caught between two cultures. Goes First, a Crow native woman marries Abe Farwell, a fur trader who gives her the name of Mary. When drunken whiskey traders slaughter 40 Nakota then take five Nakota women hostage, Crow Mary sets out to save them from certain death.
Idyllwild's Fireside Book Club, now on Thursday's, reads a variety of fiction and non-fiction. Monthly titles to be announced.
