Each week during the RCLS Summer Reading Program, the Creation Station will offer a free craft program that ties into the theme of the week.
Week 1: Explore Your Voice
Stop by the Creation Station this week to make a custom laser engraved keychain. Patrons will record themselves speaking a short sentence. MakerSpace technicians will take a screen shot of their sound wave and import the image onto the keychain template to be laser engraved. While they wait, patrons can check out some sound experiments we will have around the room.
This craft is limited to the first 20 patrons. No RSVPs, first come only.
The Creation Station is located inside the La Quinta Public Library across the hall from the Community Program Room.
